Supply Chain

   Cemsan works with a large scale of both natural and synthetic fibers including Cotton, different types of Wool, Linen, Viscose, Acrylic, Polyamide and Polyester. Besides, we are able to source any kind of yarn and lab dip colors for your collections. Upon request, Cemsan provides Viscose yarns from Lenzing, Organic and BCI Cotton as well as Recycled Polyester with their certificates. 

   In our office located in the center of Fashion District of Istanbul we are operating a modeling house separate from our production, where we use; Shima Seiki knitting machines from gauges 7 to 14 together with latest model, state of the art design systems; washing, drying, linking, sewing, pressing machines. Yarn comes in to our modeling house and samples are shipped directly to our customers. 

Cemsan has 100.000 pieces of monthly in-house knitting capacity in both 7 and 14 gauges. We are using Shima Seiki knitting machines. 

   Washing is the make up of a knitwear garment. We are able to apply any kind of washing such as softeners, enzymes, silicons as well as high end finishing materials for a great hand feel. 

   Upon washing is complete our goods moves upstairs where they will be sewed, ironed, quality controlled, packed and shipped. We use 17 linking machines in different gauges, 10 singer sewing machines, 3 overlock machines, 1 interlock sewing machine together with 4 boiler ironing boards, 2 boiler hand irons, a quality control unit and a needle detector in the same floor.
